Lourdes Health System invites you to My Girlfriend's Kitchen, located at 7A Shoppers Lane in Turnersville on Thursday, Feb. 28, where heart-healthy living is always on the menu. Learn about cardiovascular disease and ways to prevent the No. 1 killer of American women, while also having fun preparing a heart-healthy meal with Lourdes physicians, nurses and staff. Registered attendees will receive a free dinner-to-go to serve four to five people. Choose from two convenient sessions: 4 to 5:30 p.m. OR 7 to 8:30 p.m. Registration is required, so call 1-888-LOURDES (568-7337).
