for a Healthy Heart is a Roper St. Francis community outreach
educational program promoting the value of a healthy lifestyle. Seven
healthy lifestyle education classes will be held in January –
April. We encourage churches, schools and the community to take
advantage of these FREE classes. Learn how to improve your eating
